Police were alerted of the robbery and immediately started combing the surrounding overgrown bushy area for the fleeing criminals. Hot-on-the heels, police soon spotted the suspects and chased them towards the cemetery near Steadville.

The Ladysmith Herald featured an article on Eric Maduna earlier this year after eyewitnesses approached this newspaper claiming that Eric was indeed blessed with the gift of prophecy.

No to genetic modification

Fasting

SocialTwist Tell-a-Friend
This month devotees will be remembering their loved ones who have passed away by paying respect to them through fasting and prayer.

Pitha Paksh is the remembrance of loved ones who have passed on by paying respect through fasting and prayer. Offerings of fruits and flowers are common in this prayer.

The origin of the observance is vast and varying because of the diversity of religion, the many different languages and the different beliefs.

During this period, devotees generally do not begin new projects like buildings or open new investments as this could result in being unsuccessful. Marriages, engagements, pujas or occasions of merriment are usually postponed until a sufficiently long period has elapsed, usually a year, after the death of their loved ones.
