No water on Christmas Day

Parts of Ladysmith, Rose Park, Smartiesville and Ezakheni had to enjoy the festive season by carrying buckets of water has run 'bone dry'. According to fist-wielding fed up residents, Uthukela has once again left most of its customers down, out and dry.
