N3 Toll Concession, officially launched its Route Control Centre and Route Help centre recently in Harrismith. The purpose of both these centres is to add value to motorists driving experience along the N3 Toll Route, which runs between Heidelberg in Gauteng and Cedara in Kwa Zulu Natal. The decision to implement this Centre is aligned with N3TC’s commitment to provide its customers with effective communication channels.
The new call centre is filled with high tech equipment and will provide the best support on safety, convenience and mobility. The N3TC has identified personal and instant communication links between N3TC, law enforcement agencies and emergency services. The Route help centre will provide the best information to any motorists seeking information relating to tourism destinations within the vicinity of the N3 Toll Route.
